Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to your access to and use of this website, and set our certain terms concerning supply of the product to you. This website is operated by MSA 4X4 Accessories Pty Ltd (ABN: 50 150 429 566)


When you place an order on our website, we will confirm receipt of your order by email. A copy of your order number should be kept as reference for any future queries.

We will confirm shipment details within 24 working hours following confirmation of payment. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to fill an order, including if goods are not available or the delivery address is outside of Australia. We will notify you via email in these instances.

Australian Sales only

We sell and ship products only within Australia.

Delivery of your products

Delivery time takes up to 10 working days from the date your payment is received. Estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public Holidays.

Unless you notify MSA 4X4 to the contrary by email or telephone within fourteen (14) days of delivery of any products, and such notification is confirmed in writing within 5 working days of its receipt by MSA 4X4, the products will be deemed to have been accepted by you.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.

Please note: In some remote/regional areas, our carriers can only deliver bulky items to the nearest transport depot. In these instances you will receive notification that you delivery if available for your collection from the transport depot.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are payable in addition to the purchase price of each product.

If the delivery is by courier, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier requires a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address, if no one is available to sign for a parcel, a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest courier depot. The customer is then responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.


The prices of products and delivery and other charges displayed on this site are current as at the time of issue, however, MSA 4X4 reserves the right to change prices at any time before we accept an order from you.

Replacement Products

Products must be returned whenever we agree to provide you with a refund or replacement. Where we have provisionally determined that a product is defective, the product should be returned to us within 30 calendar days. Where you have received a defective product due to freight damages, we will pay for returned items if you notify us of your claim within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll contact you to discuss the delivery of the replacement product.

Unless otherwise states, we own all copyright in the content of the site and trademarks used on the site.
