Superbly suited to brew a delicious cup of coffee, at home, in the office, or on the go. Consisting of a, French press style coffee plunger, two cups, with a quality, clear, rubber sealed lid to help prevent spillage, two sealable storage canisters, to hold coffee, sugar or creamer, a coffee measuring spoon, two teaspoons and a cleaning cloth. All presented in a stylish, spill and water-resistant, storage bag. A versatile, mesh pocket positioned on the underside of the lid creates an ideal place for the unique, MSA 4X4 branded, teaspoons and sugar sachets. The durable, powder coated stainless steel, with double-wall vacuum insulation construction, is designed to keep coffee or any drink, hot or cold. The coffee plunger allows for a rich and flavorful brew, by steeping the coffee grounds in hot water, resulting in a smooth and full-bodied coffee that will satisfy the taste buds. Brewing a Perfect Cup

Making a perfect plunger coffee with the MSA 4X4 Deluxe Coffee Kit is a straightforward process that can deliver rich and flavourful coffee event when you’re off the beaten path. Follow these steps for a delicious brew.Ingredients & Tools:

MSA 4X4 Deluxe Coffee Kit
Means to heat water (kettle or pot)
Coarsely ground coffee beans (preferably freshly ground)
Water
Optional: milk, creamer, sugar or other flavourings

Instructions:

Heat Water - Heat water in a kettle or pot until it reaches just below boiling point (around 200°F or 93°C). Avoid using boiling water as it can scorch the coffee grounds, resulting in a bitter taste.
Prepare Plunger - Remove the plunger lid and ensure all elements are clean and free of any coffee grinds from a previous brew. If this is the first time you are using your Deluxe Coffee Kit, ensure you thoroughly clean all components with warm water and mild detergent. (Optional: Pour a small amount of hot water into the plunger to preheat it. Swirl the water around and then discard it.)
Add Coffee - Add two level scoops (4TBS) with the provided coffee scoop. Feel free to tailor the amount of coffee used depending on the desired strength.
Add Water - Pour the hot water over the coffee grounds, ensuring they are fully saturated. Fill water to ½ a centimetre below the spout. This is the perfect amount to fill two of the provided cups with delicious coffee. (Note: if you only require one cup of coffee, half the amount of coffee and water used).
Steep - Gently stir the coffee and place the lid on the plunger, but do not press it down yet. (This helps keep your coffee nice and warm during the steeping process). Let the coffee steep for 4-5 minutes, allowing the flavours to fully develop.
Press Down - After the steeping time, carefully remove the lid and gently stir the coffee. Place the lid back on the plunger and slowly press down the plunger with even pressure. Aim to press the grounds to the bottom of the container without forcing them through the mesh.
Pour and Enjoy - Once the plunger is fully pressed down, pour the freshly brewed coffee into the provided cups in the Deluxe Coffee Kit. Add milk, creamer, sugar or any other flavourings to taste if desired.

Care instructions

Completely wash product before initial use. DO NOT wash in dishwasher.
Hand wash with warm water and a mild detergent. WARNING, avoid using chemical based solvents and/or abrasive cleaning cloths.
Thoroughly rinse the plunger, cups and other utensils with warm water and mild detergent, ensuring to remove any residual coffee grinds. Allow all components to air dry or wipe with the provided microfibre towel.
Ensure the product is clean and dry before storing for an extended time.

Safety Precautions

DO NOT attempt to heat liquid while in the product. Heat liquid first and then pour into the product.
To prevent the risk of fire and personal injury, DO NOT place product in microwave and/or on direct heat. ie: stove top or open flame.
DO NOT place dry ice in the product as an explosion may occur.
Keep out of reach of children when filled with hot liquids.
