I have a 2021 Toyota 78 series Land Cruiser with MSA mirrors but the mirrors prevent me from opening the quarter glass windows. Has the incorrect type of mirrors been fitted to my vehicle. Should there be spacers between the door & the mirror arm. I also have a problem that the mirrors don’t extend enough to allow me to see down the side of my Caravan. The van is standard width. Because of these two issues the mirrors are a total waste of money. Please advise if you make spacers as this would fix both problems.
